Pumpkinfest & Hayrides
The City’s free autumn evening at the rebuilt fort north of town, from 3 to 8 pm: a trick-or-treat trail, a kiddie train, fort tours by the South Platte Valley Historical Society, a live dance performance at 5:15 pm and hayrides at dusk. The library sets up a large Día de los Muertos altar, and visitors may bring a disposable photo of a loved one who has died to leave on it. Food trucks sell dinner.
