Family Health Plate
A free, hands-on hour for families in the library’s community room: learn to make nutritious, budget-friendly meals as a team, set routines in the kitchen and at the table, and use OurPlate as a guide to healthy communication at home. It is presented by Weld County’s Community Health with Weld’s Healthy Plate, RELATE and the Acts of Connection initiative.
